Questions
Who counts as a member?
Anyone with a member login in your workspace. Guests, agents and people you deactivate never count. Anyone signing in with your company email domain is a member, not a guest.
Do agents or AI cost extra?
No. Your AI connects as you, with your permissions, and never takes a seat. We host no model, so there are no AI credits to buy on any plan.
What can guests do?
Guests see only what you share with them, and can comment, edit shared pages and sign proposals. They cannot own records, see pipelines or invite anyone.
When does the free plan end?
When you invite a second member. Before that, Personal holds 10 guests, 2 GB of files, 2,500 CRM records and 200 sent emails a month. A cap never stops you reading or exporting.
Can I pay for one app only?
Yes. Pick One app above for the price of Agos CRM or Agos Docs alone, and turn the other on later from the same account.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. An owner or admin can export everything at any time: each record type as JSON Lines, tables as CSV, pages as Markdown, and every file.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Deleting a workspace takes 30 days, and you can undo it in that time.
