The CRM and docs your AI works in.

Use Agos by hand, or through Claude and Codex. Either way your AI tells you what went quiet, what you own and what needs you next.

Agos CRM home: deals won and open this month, open deals by owner, and a wall of companies marked Needs a look or Needs a move.

First, work was a line.

One manual, many hands, and each person does a single step.

Rows of circles joined by lines, with 1 bar splitting into smaller bars as it moves down the line.

Then, work was a desk.

Specialists with 6 tools each, and most of the day goes to moving work between them.

Four circles in a row, each ringed by grey squares, with bars queuing between them.

Now, work is steering.

A person sets the direction and checks the result. Agents do the steps in between.

One ink circle in the center sends bars out to 4 squares and gets them back shorter.

One place where people and agents both work.

Turn on the CRM, Docs or both from one account, and a deal links to the pages about it.

Agents act inside the same walls as people, and nothing they do is hidden.

How Agos keeps your data
Each workspace is walled off in the database
Row level security is forced on every table that holds your records, and a test fails if a new table ships without its policy.
Your AI signs in as you
Clients connect with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE. An agent sees only what its person can see, and takes no extra rights.
Every change has a name on it
Each edit records the person or the agent that made it, and most edits can be undone for 30 days. A sent email or a signed document cannot.
Some things stay with people
An agent cannot decide an approval, change roles or billing, export your data or delete a workspace.
An audit log you can read
Sign-ins, role changes, exports, API keys, agent sessions and pay reads are logged. Shares show in each record's history.

Free for one person.

$14 a member a month, billed yearly, when your team joins.
